There are many cosmetic surgery options
to improve or change your face and body. When you talk to your
surgeon, be open about what you want, but be willing to listen to
their recommendations. They may recommend a different procedure to
achieve a similar result.
Often a less invasive or more isolated procedure will do as well as

LIPOSUCTION: MORE LIKE MASSAGE THAN SURGERY
By Jeff Levine.
A new type of liposuction device could
make getting the body-slimming procedure a less weighty matter.
Using a power-assisted cannula, or tube, that moves back and forth
up to 5,000 times a minute, doctors can now suck out the fat while

proper diet and exercise plan... READ MORE..

slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds. The key is to forget
about instant results and settle in for the long run.
RULES OF WEIGHT
